How they scammed:
Hey - I was one of host in King of Stakes latelty, I was been hosting almost 5 years
Those discord accounts all belong to aribagold.com owners - Kaan Takkaci(BOSS), Matthew James Dinsdale(MOLTO)
Their adventure here dates back to the same date as mine, they started by purchasing Ninja and Leonidas accounts. One of the most important rules in King of Stakes is not to share your account with workers, if you share your account with workers, the weekly amount you pay every week is doubled and these accounts paid normal account weekly for the first 2 years they were purchased, this was proven with obvious evidence to KOS owners and all moderators, it was also proven that they were related to Aribagold. Although they should definitely be banned from the server, they were given more rewards, then Admin (Reaper) gave him his own Sir Claw account to run and he started to get a share of the whole operation, for this reason he was sentenced. Also, the moderator named Royal did his best favoritism and although there is no evidence, we think he also got a share of this operation.
this was their first scam, they somehow got away with it, providing this to the Aribagold team broke all the agreements made with other hosts, because there were other hosts that were banned for this reason. For example, Agser and Pikachu, although they were much older hosts, lost their investments of about 10,000 usd each without even being allowed to defend them due to the admin's imposition.
Then they were given different accounts to operate, the USP person from the old host managers there was turned to an worker account without paying any fee and given to the Aribagold team. The ban of the Agser account is based on this. Ninja, USP and Guan accounts were turned to shared(worker) accounts without paying ANY extra fee and given to them. When I wanted to do exactly the same thing with the Agser account, they directly banned the account and introduced a new thing called LEASING so that I could not do this with other accounts. When I wanted to operate an account ONLY, I had to pay an additional $5000 to the clan, and none of this was paid by Guan, USP and Sir Claw.
While Ninja and his team continued to make mistakes and break all the host rules, moderator Royal, whom I reported to, created a private telegram group with them and covered up their mistakes and made sure they didn't pay any fines. I paid $5000 to set up an office and rent an account, the account was called Eevee. I also convinced another host there to pay this amount and convinced him to buy an account and rent it for about $15000. I made one room of my house an office and did the same setup with 4 accounts.
They threatened me to take all my work and put me in a psychological depression so that I wouldn't talk about all the mistakes and rule abuses they made. After about a year, my team had made a total of 70 mistakes while the other 2 separate offices, both of which belonged to Ninja, had made 150 and 200 mistakes. The business is not very hard and I couldn't understand how they made so many mistakes, after some research I discovered something really disgusting. While they had 10 accounts open in total, there were only 5 workers there, meaning the person who controlled the Ninja account was the same as the person who controlled the USP account. I could tell this by watching the streams and looking at their typings, and also because we lived in the same city, I could hear their rumors when their workers talked about this. For about a year, I begged all the owners and managers, I provided evidence as much as I could, but every time they said this was not legal evidence. After a year, the workers working in the Ninja office left and contacted me and provided me with all the legal evidence about this. I forwarded all of that evidence to the mods and owners 100%. For exactly 2 months, they ignored this case and continued with their lives, and at the end of the job, they gave them a very simple punishment and allowed them to continue doing what they were doing. Also, the owners said that if I prove this within the year, he will definitely be banned, and at worst, his office management ability will be taken away.
I can prove everything I said, tons of discord groups were created, there are messages that the mods and owners there wrote to me from their own discord and telegram accounts, I can't upload everything because of the limit here.
As a result of these things, the mods and admin started to declare that I was a toxic person and that I caused all the problems. This was all done to intimidate me and they said many times that if I kept talking they would ban my account too. They made my whole life miserable and wasted all the money I invested and all the hard work I put in.
This part includes the injustice done to me. Our agreement with them was based on a rule book and allowing another person who is my equal to break those rules would throw their agreement with me out of the window. I followed every rule written there to the letter and had to pay very high fines even for very simple mistakes. A different person did the EXACT same things and paid nothing.
I demand a refund of the $9000 I paid for my hosting account and the $5000 I paid extra.
But there is a situation, the reason they banned me from there is that I had to spend my time in the hospital because I am a stage 2 colon cancer and I had to hire new workers and the new workers I hired started scamming the clan in a way that I could not even imagine.
They were scamming me and the clan by marking some of the stakes as won despite losing them and selling the extra gp with a different discord account. I proved to the KOS owners that I did not have access to a computer during those dates and that I had to go to a different city every day for treatment. However, again under the pressure of the same mods and admin, they chose not to believe me. I begged them every day for about 2 months, I provided all the evidence I could. The money they wanted from me was 400b rs3, but according to my research, the workers had entered the results of 12 stakes incorrectly, and this total did not exceed 150b rs3. So they did everything they could to keep me from returning, asking for much more than I could pay.
I have clear evidence that can prove all the injustice they have done, but since it is a long article, I cannot put everything here. If I have any statements that the Sythe managers want me to prove, I can show them everything.

This account, which Ninja and his team use jointly, has a level 90 mage and for about 3 months this account was used repeatedly by the 6 host accounts I mentioned, they simply broke the 50-50% offered by KOS and gave them the chance to continue by hiding this incident from everyone.
