    Hello, I am saddened to have to write this but I feel obligated.

    on 04/17/2020 I purchased an in-house made account. I was told it came with 2 year warranty. On 02/10/2020 it got recovered. I have been contacting Acckings.com everyday with no response. Until I finally got a response. I was told by one of the managers that the account s warranty was expired. I sent him a screenshot of the in-house made accounts and they all say 2 year warranty. He is changing the terms to fit the narrative. These screenshots are me attempting to reach them multiple times/with no answer.

    You can see where he said the ‘original owner’ does not work for Acckings anymore so they can not reach contact to recover the account.
    This is breach of terms of services.
    I have trained this account for countless years. It had over 1b wealth on it.
    I feel that because they never got their story straight and they’re giving me the run around, that they should pay me at least the original payment that I paid for the account. They don’t have their story straight which is extremely sketchy to me. They keep changing it to fit their narrative.

    If this account only had 1 year of warranty, why was it not stated? Why was this account any different? I don’t find that fair that they changed it to fit their narrative.

    This is a huge company that makes thousands of dollars of income a year.

    The email was NEVER changed, so the warranty was never voided. It stayed under their email, which means only they had the ability to request password changes.

    They changed their descriptions after I told them I was reporting them on Sythe. Now they all say different warranty descriptions. Smh

    Hey I invincible I. I'm one of the managers for the account department for acckings.com. We apologize for the delayed response and the inconvenience you've experienced. This sale took place on 4/17/2020 and we needed to search through archives on our end to find chatlogs pertaining to this account purchase. It looks like this account was an in-house account which at the time of purchase came with 2 years of warranty. We're currently looking into the situation and need 72 hours to conduct a full investigation on our part. If we're unable to return the account within that time window we will discuss compensation for the account.

    I do not feel safe with the account after the experience I have encountered. I trained this account way too long with more than 2000 hours put into it, for me to feel safe to play on it again. I would like a 100% refund.

    I will consider payment in OSRS gp.

    Situation has been fully resolved. We came to the conclusion of 1860M, which was paid by Acckings.com

    Thanks for the support from everybody. Thanks to Acckings.com for recognizing this was a mistake on their part.
