Been waiting for him to return to Sythe and try to resell the account, although he hasn't.
User sold his account to Romanbellon and recovered it

Not only was the name RomanB proving it was sold to Romanbellon, the name has now changed and the stats match 100% proving it's the same account. I noticed this quite some time ago and have seen Killua logging in near every day to check if he's banned, but he hasn't posted once. It is clear he scammed this user and avoided leaving any vouch or confirmation of trade with the intention of recovering the account and scamming and likely selling it again.

If the mod who handles this isn't comfortable banning I would appreciate a second or multiple opinions because I feel there should be no excuse for him not to be banned. If nothing else he can be banned until he shows the conversation.

Also tagging @romanbellon hoping that if he logs back in he can supply some proof.

I'm here to reply about this matter.
First all I do have to apologize to the buyer of the account RomanB. I did claim that I fully owned the account while in reality I didn't. It got recovered by someone I thought would never do any such thing. After the account got recovered I did offer RomanB a full refund if he gave me some time to collect the money but after a couple of days he claimed that he called his bank and that they guaranteed him a full refund I, have the chat.
That is the true story and if I'm to face a ban go over it already.
It was a good time here.

 

Why have you coincidentally not made a single post on Sythe since this happened then?

Also why not post the chat instead of just claiming you have it?

Additionally, lying about being the account owner when you really aren't is some pretty sketchy shit so i'm fairly sure that's worth at least a TWC if you aren't banned for this.

 

Because I quit the account renting service and 07 alltogether and didn't feel the need to be on these forums, note this happened after i got hacked for 250m on 07. Roman would have received his money back if he didn't tell me the bank has confirmed him full refund

 

Can you post the chat to speed things along instead of having to wait for Roman to get on and confirm this?

Checked my pms and he sent me hastebin.. I've asked for photo proof of the chat of claiming that romanbellon had disputed his payment and had gotten it back.

 

The user @romanbellon did get a refund from his bank according to the Skype chat.
