  I was reported by a scammer for "ban evading" I provided my defence but Island decided against me and gave me what I believed was a 1 month ban. 32 days later and I'm still not unbanned so I contacted Zero on Discord and he told me the ban in place was a permanent one and he'd contact Island.
  
  I think I should be "forigven" because I'm obviously not a scammer or a danger to Sythe. I've maintained my reputation during my ban helping all my customers with custom clients/plugins etc when I could've easily just took the scam quit route.
  
  I'm also smart enough to know that it's worth it for me to sort this situation out rather than let it sit and take the loss of my profile. If I could be told what I'm being accused of doing and how much $ I owe so we can proceed, that'd be great, thanks!

I wasn't disputing my ban? I was told by Island that the ban was 1 month. It's been 32 days so I requested a pardon, isn't that what I'm supposed to do? I was and still am under the impression that I did the right thing.

 

You were banned for ban evading. The punishment for ban evading is a permanent ban. Refer to The Official Sythe.org Rules.

 

The post by island said [1 month] I assumed that was a 1 month ban? I surely can't be in the wrong and get auto-denied for that.. Can you allow me to make a dispute that wont be auto-denied because of the miss understanding please, sir

 

Won't be happening sir, you are however free to Request a DNT so that the ban gets replaced with a DNT instead, though make sure to read the stickies.
