    2 of the accounts are shown in the screenshots posted.
    I'm not gonna argue back and forth. It's clear that the first original worker on the ticket changed info after he was fired.. not sure why that's so hard to believe lol

    We both got our side of the story and were both looking into it but my point here is that I dont want to be held responsible because you havent done what you agreed with thats the rule to change your password when the services is completed.
    Your mentioning that you havent had time to change passwords, your telling the accounts were unregistered, how are you supposed to change password? On finish date if the accounts are unregistered and we also dont know that those accs came unregistered as you havent made us aware of that, im not accusing you for stuff but its you that havent been responsible for your part the services you have ordered was finished and the accounts were delivered to you in good condition there is the ticket even showing that you thank the worker for completing it!
    Also your telling me that the worker have done this right away but making a report a week later i am confused aswell its not about money or accounts bud but im not going to let people walk over me because they dont stand behind their own responsibility.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we can't prove what happened to these accounts, even when both parties suspect it's the initial worker. Various people have had access to these accounts. Given the password has been the same all this time, there are a lot of people who could've taken them. Therefore we can't hold @K A L A liable.

    However, what's concerning is how these accounts were passed to a second worker (due to the first worker being slow) but without asking the customer to change the password. I've discussed this with other staff and have concluded that this falls under poor trading practises. @K A L A will therefore receive a TWC which can be disputed after 1 month.
