    Create a new topic. You can't really do a service and force people to vouch as per the rules. However, you can offer free services and ask them to vouch after and if they chose to vouch then you're all good.

    You can't really dedicated/label a topic as I'm doing this for vouches.

    Create a new topic labeled "Doing Free Services" or something along those lines.
