I've googled the paypal email and come up with a phone number of which I will use to contact law enforcement in the event of a charge back. Furthermore, I've already transferred all funds from my paypal account to my bank to protect in the event of a charge back. I will personally file charges against paypal for fraudulent seller protection as well as the owner of the paypal account should this happen. I like to make a scene

I'm pretty sure if he makes a claim, and you can't prove that you have delivered virtual goods, the money will be withdrawn from your bank account (that's how I imagine it being).

dude you're probably like 15 or 16. no one's gonna give a shit about what you plan on doing if you get charged back. i meant to say you don't understand how the legal system works. you know those terms and conditions that you don't even read and click accept? well in this case you have no backing because paypal's pretty clear on virtual good trades in their terms and conditions. can't even count how many people talk big shit like you about the repercussions they'll bring down on the people that scam them, and end up getting fucked for $200-300 chunks because they just don't understand life and it's nothing like in the movies or what you read on reddit.

hope you don't get a chargeback, but if you do you're fucked unless you get a decent paypal customer rep to listen to you. if that doesn't work, there's literally nothing else you can do. take it from some people on this site that have lost thousands and paypal couldn't give two shits about them.

I'm 23 and my mother is an attorney. I am very fond of the legal system thanks and I am confident I have sufficient evidence to prove the owner or a family member thereof authorized the PayPal transaction and that I delivered as promised. That is, however, a last resort if when I finish my phone conversation with his mother, she decides not to take me seriously. I guarantee you I will come out on top in the end. Watch and learn my friend.

paypal takes the buyer's position in most cases (buyer protection) especially if it's about virtual goods, but good luck

 

Thanks. Fortunately my approach isn't along the lines of persuading PayPal but that I know this person's personal information and have evidence of fraud.
