Don't mind me just updating this with more of his evader accounts since he's convinced it was only banned for multiple accounts with him and his brother, his brother uses his skype as well?

He didn't actually scam, he was initially banned for Fake Vouching/Fake Feedback on Powerbot. I'm going to request a 2 week ban + TWC be placed on him. Thanks.
