    I ended up finding the chat. There is nothing to resolve. The user refuses to accept the fact that his payment was rejected by G2A, resulting in 3-5 business days before his $7.18 USD is returned to him.

    @RomeroV banned him after patiently explaining the situation for 25 minutes then being threatened with a chargeback.

    "i want my 7m, or i'm just going to have to physically charge back every payment i've made to you guys for being shit scumbag scammers and report you guys" - this is after Romero provided him with a screenshot of his payment being rejected.

    With @ShRedLucK's permission, we can post the entire chat log if needed.

    G2A has been emailed and asked to refund any payment for the amount of $7.18 USD at the time specified by @ShRedLucK. He has been pmed a GIF of us emailing G2A and specifying the time he has mentioned.
