Did an RD alt account from scratch from me, was 10 days late,so i charged him a fee for the lateness which is 100% fair since time = money.

He also promised to have graceful marks farmed when I reminded him twice during the service, once i filled a scam report since he didn't want to give me what was owed he left a negative review saying i was bad , bla bla bla, it's my right buddy you owe it, you give it, that's that.
