james 213 acc rev again

Hello,

I have appealed multiple times and have not received any help.


I have asked the following question and have not got an answer.

I am trying to recover my account "James213" and after i enter my password it prompts me to change my password via email because it is over 6 months old. I have entered in the correct email address and checked the email but I am not receiving anything. Why am i not receiving the email?

i created a new gmail account to use if i can replace my current: [email protected]
