Jagex Still IP Banning?

Wow. Anyway, this went unanswered so I will answer it. They don't IP ban but they store offender's IPs and if you get reported ingame (i.e. for botting) they will check against their IP list of previous offenders.

 

how do you know this for sure rsaccounttrader?

This sounds made up.

The fact is, nobody knows how jagex bans accounts, how they detect bots/macro'ers. Apart from jagex employee's of course.

I have infact heard of people being IP banned before, every account they made was near instantly banned.. so explain this?

 

They still ip bann you, just saw a good pker getting ip banned.

His name were liro or something like that, hes pretty famous.
