Jagex Still IP Banning?

They do IP ban people, but only if they do something serious.

 

It doesn't matter unless your IP is static, because then it will change every time. I don't think they IP ban anymore anyways. And, you can't use proxies with java.

 

It is easy to get by IP bans, so they stoped doing them... All you have to do is unplug and replug your router or modem.... So IP bans are useless....

 

YEp as you see they ip ban, but how do they know you macro?
Its illegal to follow your mouse movement on java script, they only detect where do you click, so its nearly impossible to detect an autoer EXEPT! your lvl 3 and cutting yews. haha! or you play like 16h per day.

I've broken almost every rule on multiple accounts and I'm not ip banned. I think you have to do something very, very serious for that... client-sided duping, maybe?

 

You can't get IP banned. Jagex banned all accounts on an IP one time in the history of Runescape and that was when Aryan was getting out of hand (I think, etc).

 

Im very sure they do acctually, Because durial321 got banned on the 6-6-06 when the falador massacure began, cause he looted like1b+ items and cash like phats etc etc

 

He plays on a different account now..

They don't ip again, i've autoed over 200k yews multi logged, traded over, account got banned perm, made another autoer and got up to 37k yews, and got banned for a month. Even if they do ip ban, if you use Mozilla Firefox edit your settings (ask a programmer) and you WON'T have an ip anymore, when your log in screen comes up it will say "No vaild information at this time" this works really well if you don't use scar. Because JaGex goes to the other autoers in runescape first. Think theres atleast 10k autoers, your the last one to get banned .

 

i dont think thats possible to ... not have an ip. i never been ip banned. even i did something pretty serious... you can guess what it means in "simple" terms. thats maybe 200,300 accs.

 

I think it's clear enough already that they don't ip. ban? As this was asked like months ago..

They will only IP ban you when a large amount of account bans are being traced to your IP addresses. EDIT: Jagex doesn't IP ban very often these days.

this thread is so old, and they only ip ban people when there are serious cases, eg; Hacking the system, Hacking multiple accounts with a software, or just something else, you get the point?

 

Ok, They Ban for botting on 1 account for a duration of 13 days, then the second time you recieve a ban its 23 days, Then a pernament ban.

Suicide botting (50+ hours straight) will get you a pernament ban.

I dont think I.P banning is used unless you bot on multiple accounts for long durations, I.P banning is a serious action.

I have over 50 auths.
