Jagex playing mind Games?

Iv submitted 6 Unlocking request in the past 30 minutes

each one has been denied in 4 minutes since i sent them

what is going on here? i checked the reasons every time but there isnt any specific reason ... Any Ideas? ​

 

We could use some more information as to HOW you got your account locked, as in what you were doing ingame. IE: Botting, sharing accounts.

 

i had been innactive on the account for over 3 months.. botted very very lightly on it like 6 months ago.. never banned.. its a maxed acc .. has been used by one other computer around a good 9 months ago.. btw since i have posted this i have been denied 3 more times.. im just surprised why they answer so quickly

 

Give it a couple of days before you try again. The way you explain seems to be there is an actual Jmod responding to your requests. Send an email to them explaining your situation and ask why they keep denying your requests.

 

Auto deny, yeah many of my emails are on this list also...

 

The recovery system is very different now.

I had to help a customer recover an account which I previously sold to him. I filled out the info and it was literally successful within seconds. I don't know how it works now lol.

 

I guess that if you don't type most of the correct info, it gets auto denied.

 

Maybe they have certain emails that will auto deny if u put them in? or something like that

 

This has happened to me to...each time, it's a different reason. It says subscription date for paybycash was wrong; but I didn't even choose that option.
