Jagex hate

Ive hated jagex since they destroyed PKing by releasing RS2 tbh.

 

Weird. Because I could've cared less about all of those things. It could be the piss-poor updates and rising costs of members for these same low quality updates. Maybe.

 

Yes I agree. Unfortunately, Nothing in this world, no matter how great it is, will please everyone in the world.

@ Inner Rebirth No I'm talking about the majority of player's ingame who started around te 2005-2006 mark runescape was a nearly perfect game back then and Jagex removed the wildy which caused the "Widly Riots" and then the climbing boot's thing which made Merch Clan's what they are today and caused the "Climbing Boot's Riot"

I also could've cared less about the wildy and duel arena because I never used them mainly because I wasn't wealthy enough to stake anything, i do agree with you about the god awful updates they keep as many people have said "fixing a game that is not broken"

I mean the worst thing that could happen to you back in 2006 was getting scammed or dying.

 

if people hate jagex so much get off of their game so you dont have to bitch about their "horrible" updates

 

If Jagex lets botters bot and cheaters cheat. They'd get more lovers rather than haters.

 

Its cool to hate them, so people do it. Similar to how it was cool to hate george bush during his presidency.

Every update tends to suck. They rarely listen to feedback about updates either-even when people do complain, they just ignore that. As a business, I'm not sure how they expect to profit when they continue to make their customers unhappy. I think at this point, they get all their money from people who just spend hours on end trying to get skills that match thousands of other people who spent hours on end before them. It works, but it's definitely a malicious method.

Also, have you noticed the graphics? Pretty sure everything was just made in paint.

 

I think it looks like its in paint so that people who dont have money to spend on expensive graphics cards/computer parts can still play runescape easily.

 

Hating is fun.

 

THAT. They're banking on the nerds who are addicted to Runescape and play for that, and with the hope that one out of a handful of new players will become that.

Runescape updates aren't really that great. Nothing major. I mean recently, they just released a new defender, doesn't really change the game that much.

I wish they would focus on a huge update, instead of many small ones. I mean, if they released a new area, where you can train skills or something, it make the game more appealing.

The only updates I look forward now are skills. People who loves quests may love quest updates, but only new skills change the game in a certain way. Dungeoneering was a great addition, cause it released a new part of the game, and added new areas.

I hope they introduce a new area with a new storyline, and place to train skills.

 

Yeah, I don't get why everyone hates it yet still plays either...if you really hate the game that much, you wouldn't play. The updates are good if you ask me, just because they have like 5 bad updates everyone labels all updates as bad. Also, they do listen to the community, just not the small percentage that complain about everything.

Jagex is a business. They look for way to maximize their profits by making updates and rules for those that play over the top. At least half of RS players own 2 or more accounts, if they get more to do on one account it will most likely result the same for the other accounts. They look for profits, not opinions. They offer polls but to implement small changes that really dont matter.



So far most "arguments" defending jagex sound similar to fanboys/girls.

 

Like many people have said on this thread all ready. It's the people who are still depressed about the wild. Honestly, they should just get over and learn too accept the updates and not be against them.

Completely true. Every word of that. JaGeX are, and always will be, a money hungry company. Mod MMG has wrecked the game beyond repair. Poor Andrew..

 

they should quit updating the game and update their laggy shit servers...

 

Obviously it's all about money. And currently the game isn't even worth playing cause the servers are so fucking laggy.
