That is an excellent question, and one I had not considered. I guess you'll just have to post in the Feedback forum when you find out that he is still an OMM.

The last time he got banned didnt he renominate him self or what ever to be a user educator by letting the other UE's look at his old app again, who knows he may do this to look trusted, scam and get banned for the third time... who knows
maybe u should ban him from the gfx and user educator forums so he cant rip guides or banners again
