I am posting this report regarding a serious issue I’m experiencing with Eldorado.gg. My Eldorado account (username: Jennifer Davis) was recently banned without explanation, and since then, my pending payment has been withheld. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support, I have not received any response or resolution.

I have already opened a Resolution Thread on Sythe, but Eldorado.gg has ignored all communications there as well.

I’ve been a verified and active seller on Eldorado.gg for almost 3 years, successfully completing 476+ orders with 0 negative feedback.
Throughout my time on the platform, I’ve always prioritized trust, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
This sudden ban came without any warning or clear explanation, which leads me to believe there has been a misunderstanding or internal error.

If there was any concern regarding my activity, I would be more than willing to cooperate, provide documentation, and clarify any details.

I kindly ask the Sythe moderation team to take action on this matter.
If Chicks’ owner and other major marketplace representatives on Sythe can be held accountable for unresolved user issues, then Eldorado.gg should also be held to the same standard.

Eldorado is a large trading platform actively operating and advertising within this community, and users deserve fair protection and response from its representatives. It’s concerning that they continue to ignore both direct support requests and Sythe dispute threads.
