Account banned with no Reason payment withheld

1. EldoradoGG Amount scammed: 664.60~ USD Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: N/A Proof that it's their Discord: N/A Explanation of the trade: I was a provider on their platform with name Jennifer Davis and received an account ban with no explanation. i have 476 reviews and all are possitive worked there almost 3 years but at the end baned with no reason.I have mailed Eldorado many times but the reply was same we dont have more information about its system ban How they scammed: Banned off platform with no explanation, and payment being with held. Contacted support numerous times with no responses. Other relevant trade screenshots:

 

All documents are providing for proof more will be provided if need i just need my account back my whole 3 years of hardworking sir

 

Eldorado team response my apeal, im talking to them hop i can clear the misunderstanding.

 

Hello hop you doing great, appeal in process, asked some questions i replied than its about to 24 hours no reply but the appeal is still pending.

 

Hello After waitng for 72 hours the result are same. they have no reason to ban. But i request Sythe please please do something for my account balance Thanks.

 

I dont have another id i was student there working with some one then i came back to my town and made my own id and start working with Eldorado as individual seller. i have nothing left business with that id. that id was my teachers not mine. i was 5 years ago not now

 

it is just a missunderstang nothing more than that i have only One id from last 3 years and im working day night on that one

 

My are customer are leving because of banned, its true who worked with banned person. please do something i even have my dues to clear sir
