Internet Explorer/New Internet Tab Opens Slow.

So me and my brother share a computer. He has his XP file, I have mine. A few days ago my internet was working perfect, same as always. Then I get on the next morning, open the internet, and it takes around 3-5 minutes to load. The same thing happens when I open a new tab, or when I click a link and it opens in a new window. Anyway, I restart the computer (this happened the day before yesterday), and the same thing happens. So I log off, and get my brother to log onto his file, everything loads up, I open Explorer on his file, and it loads perfect. I have no clue why this is happening. I know its not my connection, because AIM, MSN, Xfire, Steam, etc. all loads fine. Any help appreciated. Reply here, PM me, or add me on MSN/AIM. Thank you.

try a system restore. save your important files that have been edited lately to a disk/flash drive and do a system restore to an earlier date. see if this fixes the problem

Don't double post idiot, he probably didn't stay around expecting people to answer right away.

I'm not sure what the cause of it is but I think if you get a more reliable/faster browser you will ultimately be happier.

easy thing to solve. download firefox. ill garantee tht youll be able to have better speed on firfox rather than internet explorer
