Infraction for nothing! - Hama

I wanted a thread to post all my vouches in, so i looked all threads to find a place to do it. I found the off topic, and posted there, cuz i didnt want to spam and get post counts or something. And now they say that isn't allowed? I looked around and i couldnt find any other place to post my vouches. In stead of give me some help to find it, they give me infraction. Come on guys, this is ridiculous.
