Infraction for nothing? - Hama

I wanted to make a thread to post my vouches in, so i looked all threads and i found Off topic. I posted there because:
1. That was the only place where u couldnt spam and get postcounts
2. I didn't found any other place to post my vouches?
So in stead of helping me, like telling me the GOOD place to post my vouches, they gave me an infraction. Come on guys? This is ridiculous!
