Hi,

Just wanted to post this out there for everyone to know and prevent anyone else that may fall victim to the scammers known as InfernoCapers from https://www.infernocapers.com/

These blokes claim to sell OSRS Gold at $0.77 per mil or something ridiculously cheap. I thought I'd give it a crack, spent $10 USD - but they failed to deliver the goods and when speaking to their Live Agent, he confirms the payment and then disconnects and ignores any further messages you send.

I've tried to contact several times, all with the same outcome, left on seen essentially.

Never trade with no namer websites that can't provide their vouches on trading forums like sythe, if they don't have a sythe account that should be a big red flag

 

Just by the looks on the website, you can tell its fake.

As tigeris mentioned, they have zero vouchers and still try to impress you.

Same, I just got scammed by this guy for 40 dollars like a dumbass. Wish I would have done research here first. Now I'll have to file a chargeback for that shit.

 

im just curious, how did you lead up to getting to their website and getting scammed.

 

easy, just went to their site that was advertised in game chat and went to live chat to work out the deal and sent a venmo payment. I'm just going to do a chargeback through my bank though now I know they are fake so it's w.e . I usually use bogla gold, the person was advertising at .80/mil so I thought I'd try it out to see.

 

never use anything advertised in game, 99% of the time it's a scam
