Then he gives you the username and password in a context which would indicate that his previous statement was false and that he was lying.

Bring that up with a paypal rep, or whoever you talk to from paypal.

 

I think it's still your fault you do not have the patience to wait 1 - 2 days.

Different companies have different policies , and you were behaving like a dick the whole time.

But yes, it is ridiculous of them to lie in the paypal claim, i hope you manage to get your money back

 

There 'Policy' is bull shit, And when they claim it takes 24 hours to send money back it's obviosuly bull shit.

So what happened was I filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim. I have a bunch of screenshots of our conversation. They said if i cancelled the dispute they would give me my account. Being stupid I listened to them and cancelled it. About a minute after they left the livechat and turned their server "offline" this is wasting my time and is ridiculous. Have you gotten a refund yet? Do you have any tips for me? I payed only $99 dollars which is nothing compared to the price you payed. Thanks a lot for reading this message.

 

That sucks. Call paypal directly and try to get your money back.
