    Guess ill go ahead and support this. Would only benefit the community as a whole anyway.

    There doesn't need to be an alternative, as gifs have to be uploaded by staff anyways.

    Not even sure vbulletin supports gifv as I've never uploaded one personally, but if it does, no difference.
