Incentivize the donor lounge

XD Its funny How im enjoying so much the donor lounge compared to everyone. If your active in it and participating, well now it wont be boring... if we cant get it active enough, of course its not the best section in the world... but you have to post! Have fun with the other donors!

I dont mind the suggestion. Lets try it I want more people in the donor lounge :love:

Sure, why not. But also why? As far as I know, Sythe has no problems with getting donations, so why is it necessary to give incentive for something people already do on a regular basis?

OT: No support. If they see how shit the donor lounge is they might think twice about donating.

 

^ I think what he's saying is like the USF. Users can see it on the homepage, see the title of the top thread and who the last poster was, but not enter it fully.

 

That's not viewing the forum. I think the word he is looking for is thread.

 

I mean you can see the section like any other, but just like the USF you cannot enter it, only see the last post that was made because you can see that on the parent section.

If I use a word wrong, please tell me.
I'm not a native English speaker, so I'm sure I'm messing it up all over the place.

i think the donor lounge needs to be bigger, expanded maybe with a Category Donor and forums within, maybe a donor private market, etc. Right now 1 subforum is nothing

 

Heavens no. There aren't enough donor lounge participants to begin with. Adding more to a dead forum only makes things worse.

 

it's only dead because it's been the same forums / same ideas since i can remember ...

 

I don't know how good of an idea this would be? If they are able to see the thread titles they would notice all of the free giveaways being done in the donor lounge and donate thus creating more competition for us current donors who are trying to get these free giveaways.

 

What free giveaways?

 

It's a lounge. What do you expect from it? It's just a place for donors to chat, there is nothing special about it. Do you expect it to be active when it's exclusive to donors only?

 

How is this in any way relevant to this suggestions thread?
Please create your own thread if you feel the donor lounge is not what it should be.

Cmon guys... you were suppose to play along and be like, "Oh yeahhh that would stink.." and then we would get all these donors thinking there are a bunch of giveaways..

I support this, just making it viewable makes sense. Then everyone knows that its there.

 

I think it's a good idea, gives people of preview of what they get before they decide to contribute
