In regards to fr4ns ban

If fr4n's ban was actually the product of a scam or scamquit I have two 35$ payments and have the ability to chargeback and refund the victim(s) (just have never done, will need somebodies help to do this probaly)

His sythe was 2fa'd so unless he kept that information on his computer he scammed the money.
