In regards to Godgenesis report

He wasn't kicked from the team.
In order to be kicked from the team Genesis would have had to contact Stop Sign to ask about his inactivity or would have to notify him of being kicked.

Genesis made no effort of telling Stop Sign that his inactivity was an issue and never told stop sign that he was kicked from UPE. By not doing so, Stop Sign never stopped being a part of the team and left on his own terms, meaning he should be reimbursed the 30M 07.
