In regards to Dark Man's ban.

Okay he broke the rules, I get it. What I'm saying is, due to the fact that he's banned, NUMEROUS people have been left to dry. Many people including myself had pending orders with him and now he has no reason to comply. Skele all 3 of those scam reports are from after he got banned, 140 legit vouches before today. I'm just pissed off that I got ripped off $180 due to this fuck up situation. He refunded me via bank echeque but I'm not sure how that works, if someone could help me out and inform me I would greatly appreciate it. That is all.

 

Essentially you receive the money in 3-5 days after his bank clears the request to withdraw and send money. It doesn't always clear. If not, you're left with nothing. If it clears, you will receive the money and see it in your Paypal balance.

EDIT: The good news is that you can't cancel echecks via Paypal. Once they are sent he has to wait it out. Of course he could always call his bank and cancel it, but we'll focus on the positives.

 

He wants me to cancel my claim, what should I do? If I do cancel and he cancels the echeque then I' ll probably be fucked?

Do not cancel your claim, at worst you can send him the $180 back if paypal gives it to you before you receive the "echeque" that he's sent to you.

 

Okay that's what I thought. The disputes usually take a while anyways so i should get a refund before it is resolved anyways then I can just cancel it.

 

It doesn't matter; once a scammer, always a scammer. Dark has proved that and even if it wasn't you, sooner or later he would've been tempted to scam someone else. In fact, there was already a pending scam report against him and he would've been banned regardless of the fact that he's a ban evader.
