The original owner can always get it back. If they have the original password/recovs or are using the original IP(most important)

If they recovered it, you could more than likely get it back. This has happened with one of my old accounts that got hacked a long time ago. I recovered it, then he recovered it and so forth. I eventually gave up because it was a bad account anyway.

Jagex has terrible customer service and will not talk to you over the phone. Pretty much the best thing you could do to keep the acc protected would be to send them a forum message on their private threads such as the hijacked thread and tell them someone else might know your original recoveries. If you could email them, it would be even better, but I don't know how you could do this.

Even if the recoveries are deleted, they can still be used to recover an account back. They will be linked to the account forever unless you somehow get jagex to delete them, which would be hard to do.

I don't think recoveries are deleted now when you recover an account. You have to recover an account, to get the account locked (don't change the password after you recover it or it will be unlocked). Then you need to recover it a second time to remove the recoveries/email. I'm pretty sure this is still what you have to so, but jagex could have tweaked something in the last few weeks or so.

Because so much time has elapsed since you have had the account, I don't think you have anything to worry about. The account seems pretty secure to me. Just to be safe though, I would definitely transfer off ALOT of the wealth and spread it around between a couple mules, just incase anything at all happened to the account you don't have 100% of your bank on one account.

Just a suggestion! I think alot of people do this anyways, whether there is any risk or not of their account being recovered. If you have that much money and its all in one spot, then its never completely safe.

Bro, just make a new God Damn account and transfer your shit on there. Leave a couple hundred mils on your main, or so. Not worth the risk, dude. Really not.

Mhmm, just the original owner isn't going to know that I have 5b sitting there.. And even if he does, I dare say after4- 5 years, I would have priority when it comes to recovering because I know I have the info about the account, the other guys info would be sketchy.. If that makes sense? Haha
