Jheeez one thing you got wrong is mith gloves, all the pures didnt bother with RFd tbh, every1 had black chaps, vamps, magic short (rangers), Few few ppl had Ancients although was fun, and melle prods had g maul mainly ...was 100k then.. Seriously miss them days and hope it comes back ..

 

So true, i mean tbh if i started after 10th december 2007, id've hated it.. was shit .. i remember getting 10k from a level 88 when i first started, then a level 22 that was training at al-kharids died and i got around 30k from his loot.. definalty made me love rs.. was fun them days when noobs died and lost 20k and you got a boner as you looted it

The opinion part is relevant. I was just making the katrina part as a point. After this update it's not like anybody who started after this won't be able to pk. Wildy will be different but pking won't change. How can pk fucking change then?

I was around before the dragon scimitar came out! I remember I saw my first one in falador, and I was freaking out. I was a little noob back then.

I remember when you hitting a 30 with a DDS was like LOLWUTAFUXBBQHAXBRO. I remember when skill capes came out.

I remember when the most powerful weapon was a whip basically.
I remember seeing kids start out with 5m and end up with 100m just buying DDS's at half price then reselling them.

I remember WHEN THE GRAND EXCHANGE WAS EDGEVILLE in pking worlds.
I remember when FALADOR PARK was the grand exchange.

I'm sorry if it sounds cliche but I was there, and It IS so much different from today's Runescape. Sure it's just a game but I saw a community rise and fall.

Now it's rising back up again.
