I need a little help or some advice. I am addicted to sex. I have sex about 20-25 times a week, with friends, random people, or people I meet on the internet. It's starting to interfere with my life. I tried to stop but I couldn't. I had urges that were too strong to control.

I know I must stop because it's getting out of hand. Last night I was going to work, usually I go to work about 3 hours early because I use the internet while eating at McDonald's. I also live very far away from my place of work and it would save me time. Anyways I got very horny at the McDonald's, so I pm'ed my friend on facebook for sex. So my friend came up to the McDonald's and we went into the restroom, started kissing, then started having sex. I barely made it to work on time.

So I was wondering if anyone have any advice or something?

20-25 times a week is quite a lot... And I've never heard of people just calling their friends on Facebook for sex...

Anyway, I think your best bet is to slowly reduce the amount of times you have sex. Try to keep your mind off it as much as possible. Whenever you visit a website with tits and shit, close it immediately... it'll only make you want it more.

Listen to some songs, play some video games, watch TV, whatever. Just do whatever it takes to distract you.

Once you think you've slowed down, find a girl you really love. I think that might help.

I'm not trolling. It started about 1 year ago when I first had sex. Since then I been addicted to it. However, I think it goes deeper than sex, I think it's something worst but I use sex to hide it from myself. Only if I could find what "it" was.

Maybe I am depressed, lonely or something and haven't realized it. And looking for sex as a way out.
