Where did I say anything about welfare or housing programs?

Assuming your first post was the one were you bitched about the cost, my response is to end all of these extraneous government programs.

You still haven't answered my question. Why is it any of your business where I choose to live?

First of all i brought up the housing programs seeing as you clearly stated why is it anyone's business where you live as long as you're paying the rent or own the property, that's why i mentioned that if you where an illegal immigrant ratioe's show chances are you would not be owning the property or paying the rent, aswell as it is the people of america's business seeing as you would be first of all a criminal, because you came here illegally which takes away a lot of peoples sense of security knowing you are getting away with breaking the law and infers you are likely to do it again shown by the ratio's of laws broken by illegal immigrants.

Well said. I completely agree. There is a lot of evidence to back this up too. These statements other are making about illegal immigrants paying for there stuff and crap like that is all nonsense there is no facts to back those statements up and they obviously don't know anything about illegal immigrants.

I know some illegal immigrants, none of them depend on government programs to pay their rent, they are extremely hardworking and that's how they cover their bills.

Congratulations, you can read. If you pay the rent or own the property or are allowed there I see no reason why you cannot live anywhere you wish.

Even if you pay rent or own the property you are producing an in-security, aswell as why are you stereotyping black youth's for crime? you decide to answer my question by making a stereotypical racist comment about black youth's saying they are the people mostly committing crimes? aswell as even if you havn't harmed anybody you still shouldn't be allowed to allow them to come here illegally when there's a simple legal process in which they can go through to come here legally, aswell as illegal immigrants are allowed to get licenses in 7 states in the USA, even by exchanging there license/drivers permit that they had in their country, meaning they can come here illegally, get a drivers license whilst not knowing how to read english, and than drive and endanger the american citizens on the road because they can't read a sign.

Also to add, you said that law is stupid and why shouldn't you be able to live anywhere as long as you havn't harmed anyone, So are you saying you should be able to build a house in my backyard and live there? because thats what there doing to our land and the governments land, even if their paying rent, they are breaking the laws of our land and they should respect the laws, what you're stating is practically like saying we shouldn't have to be searched or checked before boarding an airplane because even though terrorists exist as do the criminals, they havn't blown up the plane yet so they should have no boundaries?

As you said "some" and many people personally know people that sell drugs but are the friendliest people around, does that cover all of them? no, you can't take a small portion of examples and use it to generalize a stereotype of them all.

Yes, but as a whole illegal immigrants cost America (and, thus, taxpayers) almost 340B dollars a year. I think that there shouldn't be such a concept as illegal immigration; people should have to pass a competency test to enter America, and then they become legal citizens. I don't see what the problem with that would be. Keep the incompetents in their country of origin, while the competents can search a better opportunity (and maybe bring their families) in America.

So if they become a legal citizen, then the problem's still occur..what is next?
Legal americans do enough damage to ourselves as anyone else, so why not allow more people into the dream of america?

I'm all for immigration, just not immigration illegally. Why should WE (legal citizens) have to pay THEM (illegal immigrants) for living on OUR country? I think that if people live in America, they should be obliged to pay some form of taxes (unless, of course, they are financially incapable). I don't support people sitting on their asses and doing nothing (gang wars) while getting paid by America, and I also don't support people doing jobs in OUR country, taking jobs away from OUR citizens, if they don't support OUR government.

Why should anyone pay tax's?

If you don't like people taking 'your' jobs, then do something about it. Don't bitch about how much you get payed per hour, or other factors. The reason illegals are taking jobs is because they appreciate it and will work for whatever they can to survive, where you bitch about an extra 10 cents.

You are the enemy, not them.

You own your backyard, I have no right to live there without your permission. That is entirely different than owning my own land.

First of all, a government really doesn't have a right to any of the land it "owns" because it has paid for it with taxes.

Why can't they become legal immigrants? They need to pay taxes in order to support the government that is protecting/providing for them in all aspects of the word. All legal immigrants/citizens (unless they have a reason not to, in which case they do something else to help the gov't) pay taxes, why shouldn't illegal immigrants that COST America money to support?

Second of all I agree with shredder in the sense that we don't stop them as long as they jump through our political hoops and become legal. This has nothing to do with not wanting immigration and everything to do with not wanting illegal immigration. There is a reason laws are set up in the first place, and if they choose to break that law by coming over what is to say they won't choose to break other laws while they are here?

If we could take all the illegal immigrants and put them to slave labor that would work fine. We could feed them and there families 3 square meals a day and give there kids education, but that is not always why they come over. If they came over as you guys say because they want to support a family and get away from the poverty and horror of there country then they wouldn't mind doing "slave" labor until they got there green card.

No, because there's been no proven corrolation between stealing movies/breaking copyright laws and commiting violent/gruesome crimes. On the other hand, illegal immigrants have a high statistical record of gang violence. Also, stealing movies doesn't cost the GOVERNMENT money, it costs PEOPLE money - which is wrong, but at least it doesn't chip away from EVERYBODY's earnings.
