Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I have explained myself in the previous pardons, a long story short: My workers didn't send a prompt payment to user Shauna, then he disputed the issue on forums, which I ignored, and as a result got banned for. Shauna was repaid weeks later tho, again, Video can confirm it.

Also, some time in my ban, I recovered an account from Tom - TGooner. I was living that odds stakers life, smoking weed every day, grinding 14 hours a day, now when I reflect back on that period of my life, I was out of my damn mind...

I honestly couldn't remember whom I sold the account to, thought it was a regular player who maybe wasn't playing, and since I needed an account, I thought I will "barrow" it from him... And if he was actually playing, I thought, I will wait until he messages me and asks to recover the account back for him. Master plan uch? Well happens it was Tom's account. And I never had guts to message him first because of shame I felt.

Now, my two previous pardons were denied and I understand why - I lost control of my business and myself, caused issues, and haven't had any proof of change besides my words and promises.

This time however, I waited until I build some trust again. I have started advertising my business on Facebook and since then, gathered a couple of customers who vouched for me. Some reviews are from my old customers, but some are new - I can prove that with facebook chats.

I also outsourced powerleveling work to @Kennys , it wasn't much - like 150m worth - but he completed the order before I paid him.

Finally, I experienced the paradigm shift in the way I operate and approach business. In 2016, even though I went through the hoops to satisfy every customer, at the deep fundamental level I viewed them as cash cows. All I cared about me, my own again, and my own success, and quite frankly this is why I failed, I focused on money too much.

That said, I am glad everything happened, because ever since Jagex sank Duel Arena profits with the tax system update, I had the time to reinvent myself, to study marketing, human behavioural psychology, sales, copywriting. The most profound learning from all these studied perhaps can be summed up in a single quote of late Zig Ziglar:

"You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want."
