Yes. When i was posting original ban dispute (10 months ago) all debts were settled. A few days upon posting the dispute another customer came to me claiming my workers did not send him ~1000 USD. I wasn't able to pay him at the time. That was the reason why i didn't re-appeal my ban. The guy doesn't have Sythe, if staff wants to confirm, i can provide his Skype.

Another thing i want to confess is i recovered an account from @tgoon . As silly as it may sound, i completely forgot that i sold this account. Out of shame i didn't go to Tom, i was waiting for him to make a contact with me, which he never did. A few weeks later i was selling gold to @Dieze and he took 200m + worth of an account from the sale. This debt is paid as well.

Lastly i kept quite a bit of @T1N0 USD for 3 months. It was his cut for some gfx work. He knew i was struggling, so he didn't rush me to pay this debt. I paid him one moth ago. He can confirm it.

What happened back then was i gave a full access to my worker Arthur. He was running BallersGold for me for 2-3 moths. I wasn't paying much attention and it all came down to Arthur disappearing and leaving lose ends. He left debts to PieGP, Shauna, Rswap and one local guy. I have to mention that he left some money in our business account. As far as i know, the reason for his disappearance was health issues. As i was barely paying attention to what was happening at BallersGold. I can't tell for sure if any money was missing or not since i had debts to pay and some workers were owning me money. It was a complete mess. The reason why i wasn't involved in my gp business was staking. I was xing with my partner at the time, it didn't turn out well, hence the delayed debt to local Lithuanian customer.

Regarding the account recovery i needed an account to mule gold. Once i recovered it i realised and remembered that it was sold to Tom. Tom immediately contacted my partner asking if Baller recovered it. I was waiting for Tom to contact me, which he never did. Back then i thought to myself that i will just give back the account and gold and everything will be alright. Obviously that was an ill mind, i should have contacted Tom and explained about my wrongdoing.

I completely understand that all the mess was caused by my inresponsibility and ill thinking. I basically got cleaned IRL while staking with my partne. He ended up scamming me(just for the record, he paid me back a few ago, however the scam was very painful as my situation was very fragile). I was able to save some money and pay all debts inside and outside of Sythe. I would like to get my gp service going again. At the same time i take full responsibily for everything that my workers and i have done. If i am given another chance, i will take my service serious as i did once i started back in 2015.

Just going to comment this as it still effects me to this day - Video has been aware of this situation since the day ballers scammed but basically to just tl;dr =

Ballers gold worker (Artur or whatever) came to RSGF and asked to buy almost $700 in gold, he sent that payment to the skrill and I gave him the gold (I might even still have the delivery pictures, not 100% sure).

Well, the skrill got perm limited shortly after and when I called in they said I was suspected of "Money laundering/Fraud) now the main issue staff might have is, how do I know that was caused by Ballers workers payment either attempting to be reversed or the owner of ballers attempting to reverse it after his worker scammed? The answer is because that skrill was inactive, it had only been used once in months and months, but had received dozens/hundreds of payments in the past with 0 issues(Fully verified US skrill BTW).

Skrill informed me I was perm limited due to that payment and that the account was closed.

I to this day don't know/don't have access anymore to find out what happened to that money, since the skrill got perm limited/closed I have no way to check if it was ever reversed.

Heres what I said to video:

So I went ahead and grabbed a PM from him
and gave him his 670m 07 or something
well a little while later
I try to go to send a skrill payment right
I get a "this payment cannot be sent, please contact us"
now this is account is over 4 years old with 5 figures recieved and sent
never had a limit or other issue
so I go ahead and give them a ring
and they tell me that my account has been limited for a suspicous payment/ money laundering
now normally I'd think damn a customer used some stolen funds etc right?
Well get this, ballers is the only person to send me funds in the last month because I use g2a which has skrill.
i went last night
to talk to ballers about the skrill problem
and explained it
and I got the run around then they told me
"ballers doesnt work here anymore"
and "ballersarthur is in the hospital"
I asked how long until he's out
they told me "we dont know, he's been gone a week already"
something sketchy as fuck is going on
I normally try to resolve issues w/o staff because it becomes a headache

Im limited for fraud which isnt a limitation i can get lifted.
his worker clearly(obviously theres no payments for months) was the reason for the limitation
& now I have 700 in liablity for 6 months
his worker pmed me on sythe, I got everything to prove he was ballersgold's manager and the entire zopim chat log.
ballers either needs to give me 700 to hold against the payment for 4-5 months or stay banned.
it doesnt take a genius to realize a payment limited for fraud and a scammer manager whats going to happen.
& really he should have to comepensate me ontop of the 700 considering his guy caused my limtiation
but at the bare minimum ballers should have to send me $700 btc to cover it.
its way to big of an amount to say oh just come back
we dont know if they scammed together and blamed it on the manager
theres way to many possibilitys, he should 100% have to give me $700 as insurance for that payment reversal.



tl;dr = Due to ballers worker scamming I may or may not of lost $700 (I don't remember what happended with that particular sum because it was like, boom perm limited instantly) and I don't recall ever getting a $700 payout unless it was via something I no longer have access to.


tl;dr = His worker scamming got the skrill perm limited, forever, I feel like he should have to pay compensation for this considering I was able to 100% establish at the time it was him(as u can see from the pictures) who caused the limitation.

At the very least if I cant get compensation, this should be a factor on his pardon.

The owner did absolutely nothing and I basically ended up getting fucked for doing his scamming manager a favor.

I don't think I can really prove much about the actual money in the account anymore since the account is gone, I still have the PM from his scamming manager and I can prove(As seen above thankfully) that it was definitely ballers manager payment who got me limited for the fraud(I suspect he disputed the payment or tried to during his Scamquit, or some other reason that got it flagged).

I'm mainly seeing if staff will see if ballers will compensate me for the damages his manager did(which he IS liable for), The value of using that skrill was and would of been in the thousands of dollars but I don't think staff would ever reward that so :shrug: I'm seeing if staff will debate a reasonable value of me losing that skrill access.

I was damaged by his workers scamquit, very likely monetarily but at worst the skrill was a major blow.

Its up to staff if what his manager did constitutes some form of monetary repayment but it should be a goddamn factor for sure, If someone could ask ballers if he'd be willing to repay something at least that'd be nice considering it did fuck me over for doing his manager a favor.

P.S- This is over a year old, I've included as many details/accurate information as I could, if staff have any questions feel free to ask me, Don't treat what I said above like the Bible as I am writing off memory and my video conversation!

Hello @Pendulum, I remember logging in Michaels sythe account (at the time he was working at my website ballersgold.com) to do some changes for his profile in order to help him set it up properly. If i recall correctly, Michael was struggling with google authenticator, i might be wrong tho as it was a long time ago. Other than that i really can't remember why would we have IP match.

There is not much to explain. Divine indeed contacted me regarding this issue, that being said Video told me his is looking into it. He never came back to me with any conclusions, so i was under impression that it was solved. I have to mention that my staff and me included had a few skrill limitations down the road. We been able to unlimit our accounts all the time by providing information regarding transactions. I have contacted Arthur and asked him to take a screenshot of his skrill account.

I will attach it below, mods please don't post it since it has personal information of Divines.

I personally don't understand how Divine couldn't unlock his account. Especially when it was only one transaction from Arthur and as he mentioned it wasn't a brand new account, it had legitimate transaction history behind it.

 

I have shown @video the limitation email, the account is perm limited and was deleted, it no longer even exists, there is no "appealing" it, even discussing that route is a waste of time, its purely up to staff to determine if the closure warrants monetary repayment.

I have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the limitation was caused by your managers payment, I have shown the perm limitation email and the account is now CLOSED(Does not even exist anymore), I have shown video the full chat logs via zopim of me and your manager, infact let me just say this;

Your manager in the chat even confirmed that he was rejected by g2apay initially(Why I had to take a direct payment via skrill from him) for fraud risk, I still can see the rejected payment to this day aswell.

There is ZERO doubt, ZERO debate about whether or not your liable in my opinion, you couldn't of asked for a clearer cut case.

As far as what your liable for, I personally believe you should have to repay me at least a couple hundred dollars at the minimum - I stuck my neck out for your manager and did a favor to ballersgold to help him out(After he was rejected by fraud risk) he used YOUR reputation(Shown to video in the chat logs) to help me accept his direct payment and that payment ruined skrill forever.

If I actually did a breakdown of payments via skrill via g2a, what was received long-term, etc, you would be liable for THOUSANDS of dollars that I could of made had your manager not ruined my skrill account.

I think at the bare minimum you should have to repay a couple hundred dollars at least and that's on the low end.

It ultimately lays with staff to decide if monetary compensation is warranted and if so how much, but as far as whether or not your liable, there is no question in my mind, literally every piece of evidence is clear as day about what and who caused the closure.

Any update? It's been 2 weeks since my last comment and Iballhard vanished exactly like he did the first time, both times he's tried to dispute/pardon he's vanished.

He is obviously hoping I will end up banned or something so he can get out of paying me restitution. He's did this twice now and vanished.

He should honestly have to put money with staff before attempting to pardon again or being allowed to, this is a giant waste of everyone's time.

You are wrong. I am waiting for Videos decision. I have tried to contact him on skype, unfortunately he never replied. Again regarding the whole issue. I think everyone will agree that you have no hard evidences. Giving credit to you though, i doubt that anyone else could do more evidence wise. That being said, possibility is there, but to say that you proved it beyond the doubt , is overstrech. At this point its pure speculation. I will repeat myself, i have dealt with Skrill limitation. Every single time i was able to recover my account by providing documents.

 

What do you mean that saying it was definitely you is a stretch? There were no other payments for freaking months and it was a fully verified US skrill with hundreds of payments to it pre this and the one time I receive a direct payment by ur worker it gets perm limited and closed.

He used your reputation AFTER BEING REJECTED BY G2APAY FOR FRAUD TO GET ME TO ACCEPT A DIRECT PAYMENT VIA SKRILL.

You owned a decent sized gold site, you have to be reasonably intelligent and know that if a worker that is under you at the time gets rejected by fraud, then uses your reputation to send a direct payment and something goes wrong, you would be held liable for it.

You keep repeating "Ive dealt with skrill limitations and they got removed" -I don't care - The skrill IS CLOSED, GONE, POOF. There is no "dealing" with it.

I look forward to hearing @video ruling on this because frankly this whole "playing the innocent" card makes me hope they rail you for as much as they can, I don't even care if a bunch of it goes towards community repayment at this point, this stuff of you saying I cant prove it was your worker, your worker getting reject by fraud then using ur rep to get me to do YOU a favor, then you keep saying that the limitation can get lifted when the account is closed, its all bullshit.

As discussed on discord, we really can't hold iballhard financially liable for what happened to divine's skrill for a couple reasons. That said, it was definitely a shitty thing that the worker did to you Divine.

Since staff wont hold Iballhard liable(A mistake in my opinion but its your guys call). Since it looks like the pardon is heading to voting without him repaying anything I'm just going to straight up point out the facts to staff so that you take this into consideration when you vote;

1. His scam report he said he'd take care of, then vanished for weeks and never came back, gave the dude that was scammed only the bare minimum that could be proven that he was forced to by staff.
2. Was contacted by me immediately as soon as the skrill bit the dust, argued with me it was not his problem, never as much as said sorry or showed any remorse, then ignored me for over a month.
3. Came back to pardon now, repaid what the bare minimum staff required, and still protests his innocence, with clear evidence his employee caused damage to me, he has not as much reached out or added me or even offered a dime towards repayment.
4. He has not even said sorry to me, AFTER A YEAR, he has NEVER even apologized for his managers actions, he's shown 0 remorse in even apologizing or working with me on the issue. ZERO.

I rarely(if ever) directly post on pardons but im going to be blunt here; I hope your pardon fails.

You don't deserve one, you've shown zero remorse across the board, whenever something goes against you, you vanish for weeks-months on end, I have zero doubt you came back after such a long time hoping u could get a pardon through with the bare minimum repayment.

Its really sad that so many of the old staff that kept you banned are now gone.

You don't deserve a pardon, its one thing to screw me over and not give me a dime(Greed happens), its another to never even apologize.
