IAmBobcat recovered account

Also why are u saying i bought the acc for 40m it was 100 dollars over paypal

I meant you sold him the account for 40m. And as stated it wasn't by me; as stated in tos which you agreed to? did you or did you not agree to the tos? Both you and bob did. Both of you. "k whatever" "okay" both agreeing to a tos? something happens to it whilst i'm away and suddenly it's my fault yet you both agreed to a tos; in a quick af fashion too. As stated many times; tos was agreed by both parties, i cannot be held liable for the account; even under Sythe's rules of 30 days. (i did not attempt a recovery nor would i ever attempt a recovery). @BlackBlasses close this shit.

At the end of the day; it's their words against mine.

Yes i am the OO of the account in question. BUT and i'll only say this one more time.

BOTH GGP AND BOB AGREED TO THE TOS THAT THE OO CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY RECOVERY/BANS ON THE ACCOUNT.

you're basically stating if you sold someone an account but resold it on; you can always hold the first person liable when in reality you can't. There's many parties involved in this situation and quite frankly it's dumb to ASSUME the OO was the person and should refund any transactions despite tos being stated. If you didn't like the tos then why agree to it? @Bob Labium @GimmieGoldPls. My case is closed. Thanks for your time. If @BlackBlasses or @video would like more information feel free me PM on sythe or Discord. I'll tell you everything and provide screenshots of my personal email accounts.

no tos was agreed upon prior to me purchasing the acc, you added a tos when i tried to resell the acc and you cannot just add that on once a purchase has been made, you should of let me know prior to me buying the acc that u would not be liable if something happened to the acc if i tried to resell it, mods pls advise

IF the account was hacked/locked/whatever whilst you were owner then yes. but even when you told me you were reselling i told you specifically i won't be liable with the account, then you agreed and continued to find a buyer? Don't get how thats so difficult to understand.

FURTHER MORE; i will not be providing a refund for the account to GGP; as he agreed to the ToS of re-selling an account. Thank for your time.
You agreed to the terms when buying from GGP as did GGP when selling to you.
No such ToS was agreed upon prior the sale. Furthermore, you said @GimmeGoldPls: "you can re-sell it". - Imgur

@IAmBobcat you can't make a new ToS and enforce it on the buyer.

It is true that you don't have to issue a refund to @Bob Labium, as you have no business with him, @GimmeGoldPls does.
However, you'll need to refund @GimmeGoldPls in full. Please send him no less than $100 and let us know once you've done so.

That's bs and i won't be at all. Upon arranging a sale; they both agreed to the terms. Plain and simple it says it multiple ways and times. Not even me who's attempted to get it back. Terms were stated to BOTH parties before the sale was even made, BOTH parties agreed to such. No refund will be issues. thanks.

he is still within the 30 day Sythe tos

Also false; it's way past 30 days. Can't make up one rule then not enforce it. lmfao. Shits a joke; they both agreed and you still get told to issue a refund. No way Hose.

That's simply not true and your screen shots prove otherwise.

  • An explicit refund and returns policy must be defined by the seller and agreed upon by the buyer (in writing) before a sale occurs.

  • Anyone who wishes to sell an account must maintain "recovery responsibility" (they must refund their buyer if the account is recovered or becomes locked and they are unable to unlock it) for at least a month after the sale. If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility forever.

30 days is not even relevant.

You've been banned for 3 months + will need to pay the debt and Request a Pardon in order to get the DNT removed.
