I need to learn from this guy.

To be quite frank, yes. I don't see many tutorials of GOOD or even DECENT Graphic Designers at all (if I'm looking in the wrong place please tell me). I would appreciate it if users like you would show us how you think about a design or how you make your design.

Back to the OP:

It's crazy, I mean Photoshop enables us to do so much from taking images from the internet and making putting it in to another and making it blend in, to just creating whatever our imagination holds, the Possibilities are endless.

 

If you are willing to search them out there are a handful of excellent designers here, but the problem is that the market muddles with the progress of the designers.

What I consider a good designer is someone that is willing to take and give critique and always wants to learn. Sadly a lot of the designers that come here are only worried about the market and don't care about the community and people.

 

I always take the critique and try to improve my design upon what people have told me, I never take it to heart.

I'm somewhat new to Graphical Design, but I have been drawing for a good 2 years before so I have a solid foundation in shading, lighting, perspective, etc.. I'm more than willing to learn from experienced designers if they have the time, but only a handful are willing to teach me, let alone watch them while they work.

 

Just learn as most graphic artists around here learn. Tutorials are the best thing you just need to look for them.
