Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I jokingly said, "Thanks for the 130m LOL" after an incomplete report against me had been closed.
Anything else you wish to say: I gained plenty of vouches while banned. The most I was trusted with while banned was ~ $9000 in rsgp. It should be blatantly obvious that I'm not looking to scam lol.

Here are some vouches where the user went first or trusted me with their money. More vouches where I went first can be found on my rental thread / vouches thread.

 

Could you compile a list of vouches you've gained since receiving the TWC?

As someone that supported the twc to begin with I would like to remind everyone why we placed it to begin with. Booting people off of rental accounts early and admitting to the action is something that I would use caution with. Please go back over the case in SL if you have forgotten.

 

Voting no for now, while you're most likely not here to scam your recent trading behaviour has been of incredibly poor quality and I'd like to see some more time pass before your TWC gets removed.

Please don't comment on my dispute if you don't actually know what happened. If anyone needs to go back over the case, it's you @Im Solo. I never once "booted people off of rental accounts early". If you read my posts in the report against me you'd know that I occasionally would change the password to the rental 1-2 minutes early in an attempt to save time. Changing the password does NOT boot the user off the account. I was so open about this because I have nothing to hide. My intentions were never to steal a renter's money... If that's what I was after I would have walked away with a free $9000 in rsgp that I was trusted with WHILE banned. Anyways, I have stopped changing the password early since the report although it's worth noting that out of all the times I changed the password early, I only ever had an issue twice. Twice is still two times too many though. Since being unbanned have had nothing received but positive feedback from the people that rent from me.

Hey @Menno, I'd like to see some proof of your claims. Please show me how my recent trading behavior could improve as I am genuinely curious. Yes, changing the password early was idiotic but I ceased doing so after I saw the potential problems that could arise from it. Again, you would know this if you actually read my posts in the report. I really hope you're not attempting to say that my trading behavior has been "incredibly poor" because of the situation with hattez / elite dust or the one previous report against me. I know you are but I just wanted to call you out on it. There is zero reason those reports should effect this twc dispute. The case with hattez / elite dust was all because the sellers never alerted me of expiration dates the cards usually never have. And the first report where I changed the password early was proved as an attempt to frame me. Neither of those reports can be accurately used as examples of "poor trading behavior".

TwCs are given to users that are potentially going to scam. You just admitted in your post that you know I'm not here to scam so please justify me keeping the TwC again with evidence this time. Cheers!

- Im not required to provide you with proof to back up my statement as this is a voting and I'm free to express my opinion
- TwC is not only meant for people that are likely to scam

I expressed my own opinion as I feel the reason why you've gotten a TwC is serious enough for you to hold on to that rank for a longer amount of time.

 

Had a long conversation with John, went through all of the previous proof, and have decided to change my vote to yes.
