Found some e-mail from JaGeX after I spammed e-mailed them because I got banned and how unfair it was, I've sent all possibly reasons and excuses why I got banned.

They do, you can send an appeal to them through e-mail, everyone can contact them through the e-mail.

Why they reacted like this is because I've sent 5 e-mails whining about getting my account unbanned.

I can vouch that jagex do reply to emails if you send it to them, and it is not automated. However, the context of their message is highly unlikely. Maybe the JMod was having a bad day?

"I came in from school only to see my pet rabbit dancing on my keyboard, somehow it had managed to type in some execution code to start up some sort of MR.ROBOTO software, I was pretty much like WTFBBQ and tried to get my rabbit off the keyboard, I tried and failed... It had transformed into some sort of super ninja teenage mutant turtle thing and had karate chopped my head off, I am now permanently disabled as I have no head and can no longer see, feel, think, or hear anything. My dad came in with the shotgun and sorted out the rabbit and we kept it as a souvenir for the tragic day that I got banned due to the rabbit (R.I.P, may Saradomin lay you to rest).

So anyway, the rabbit is dead now so can I please have my account unlocked as it wasn't really my fault and it was the rabbits.
