Seeing the way he spoke to you throughout the conversation while considering there's another active scam report that he's been online and avoided responded to it's clear what his intentions are. I've issued a 3 month ban and the Do-Not-Trade (Market-Ban) rank will remain on his account until he decides to make things right by refunding you and successfully pardoning. I'm extremely sorry for your loss @aloragoldseller.
