Fukushima scammed me

Explanation of the trade: I offered to sell him 140k Roatz, in the form of 2 dragon claws and 60k pkp in exchange for 17m osrs
Amount scammed: 140k pkp worth of items on roat pkz
How they scammed: Shortly after the trade, Fukushima begins claiming that his supplier has been banned and starts responding to my messages less and less. As of today, he formally told me in a ticket on his discord server neither he nor his supplier will be refunding me.

We end up settling on 140k for 17m osrs.

Fukushima begins making claims to avoid paying me the gold:

The claim is that the supplier was macbanned supposedly on roatpkz, which is odd to begin with, as you can see from this screenshot I took the day of:Imgur
He says the supplier will be ready in 5 minutes, but waits 23 minutes then tells me the supplier has been mac banned, and is no longer interested in upholding his end of the deal.

He finally starts replying after I ask him if he would like to buy 350k roatz despite not having paid me for my first transaction.

As you can see, he is keen on purchasing the 350k, and asks me to meet him on osrs and in roatpkz:
Imgur, but bear in mind he still has not paid me for my initial 140k. I assume he will pay me for the first transaction before we do this one, however, instead of offering the gp as we agreed apon, he starts trying to change the payment method into paypal. I decline, as we agreed on osrs gp, and I direct him to a site to buy gold from using the paypal money:

He pretends to be interested but no longer seems to want to pay me in 07gp as we had agreed.

Now I am getting fed up with him avoiding following through on his end of the deal, so I get a bit more confrontational, and his true colors begin to come out: Imgur

He makes the claim that me requesting a refund has somehow violated his ToS:Imgur

It clearly states: "Once the trade is finished, there will be no refunds." The trade was not complete, he still has yet to uphold his end of the deal, therefore I am still entitled to my osrs gp.

Informs me he would not compromise his business over 17$ while subsequently compromising his business over 17$: Imgur

Invites me to his discord to speak to the supplier: Imgur

Note, he conveniently deletes the ticket after it is complete, but fortunately I have screenshots of the whole conversation.

Quick Summary of the convo with the supplier: Note: Fukushima finally starts actually speaking to me after I make comments on this threads regarding why is he accepting new trades despite not having resolved my trade from 1-2 days before.

In the pictures as you can see, the supplier attempts to pin the blame for him and Fukushima scamming me onto me, and makes claims that I must be some kind of an rsps staff member among other nonsense in order to redirect the blame from themselves. They attempt to gaslight me into feeling bad for posting about them being scammers on their vouch and rsps gp selling thread, claiming that somehow me paying them 140k and not receiving payment and complaining is somehow being ridiculous. It really is crazy isnt it? Asking for money that I was told I would receive after completing a transaction. Completely wild!

As we near the end of the messages, you can clearly see Fukushima and June have no intention of refunding me. Another staff member from the discord named "Tyler" supposedly will refund me, which I find highly unlikely considering the way the other staff in this discord have conducted themselves.






To conclude, Fukushima and his supplier June are scammers and should not be allowed to use the Sythe platform.
