I'm a ban evader + I scammed people 1 year+ ago.

• First off I'd like to say that I didn't realize that me making a new account a year+ later would be a problem. But now that it is I'd like to correct my past. I've developed some great friendships since returning to sythe and obtained many happy and returning customers. Thank you for viewing this thread mods.

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I haven't yet as I can't get into contact with them, would appreciate help on this part.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Nope!
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I believe for the Xhulic case I should be forgiven because I still, to this day, insist that I never stole his money and that it was some mishap that happened since he left the gp on his account for me to take the next day. Ever since this happened, I have not been having people leave gp on their account. Although I'm positive that I didn't scam him, I'm willing to take care of the issue and refund him the 100m.
  The hunter case I did scam them for a middleman because I was leaving sythe. I know this is wrong, and am reaching out to help get their money back. Overall, I feel I've recently been making a large impact in the skill community and many of my customers can vouch for this. I've been contacting them on skype while my account has been banned and currently have orders I'm doing for them in the mean time. Thanks you again for considering.

Since you scammed, you will need to refund him. I've done my research and RSGP was worth ~33.9% more at the time. As a result, you will need to refund 174M.

I've contacted the user about his money. Now we wait for him to respond; if we don't get a respond in a few days I'll let you guys know, otherwise I'll let you know when I get response. Thanks for being so helpful in taking care of this.
