Huckabee - Colbert really VP?

A few months ago I was watching the cobert report. The show was of course using its obvious sarcastic humor as Mike Huckabee showed up on the show. Colbert told Huckabee that since he showed up on the Colbert Report he received the "colbert bump" this whole portion was a load of sarcasm and no one would have imagined the outcome of this appearance. Anyways, after huckabee said he was going to run for president, he also said that if he became president colbert would become Vice President. About 2 weeks ago I was watching the Colbert Report and Colbert told huckabee "seriously lets be honest here, I know as well as you know that you are not going to allow me to be vice president."
Huckabee responded "No, I am serious. You are going to be the vice president, I wouldn't be here without the "Colbert bump".

Now I realize there could be some legal complications with this and his candidacy as vice president. There is a low chance that Huckabee will win anyways. But do you think that Colbert and Huckabee were just being sarcastic? for serious?

 

If Huckabee wins, Colbert will NOT be Vice-President. He's just joking.
