RSbuddy was the best. However, iDung is actually doing pretty well on powerbot so I wouldn't mind either.

That he was, I used to be an active member on that forum. We're talking when password cracking programs were actually an effective means of gathering loose change.

 

Honestly, If RsBuddy was wanting to release a new bot, client, or any of these crazy things you guys are suggesting don't you think that they would've re-released the forums by now? Personally I think it's some sort of bug, like something is still running on their servers and at one point they we're going to have an update at that time listed.

Although since we're dreaming, I'd love to see anything happen with RsBuddy.

That's a brilliant observation. To be honest, I'm surprised I didn't notice that. It was definitely planned to be exactly one year from the bot nuke.

What it will be? Who knows. (can't say I really care though).

Community as in Fan community which also offers their own personal client, or cheating community which offers their own personal bot client? Silly question, but I'm confused as to what was said on Powerbot specifically.

 

And why is Powerbot a credible source for what RSBuddy, a former competitor that is owned by people who left Powerbot, that was also DDoS'd hardcore by Powerbot, that was also falsely accused by the owner of Powerbot to have infected the Powerbot client (Paris admitted while being recorded that he falsely blamed Arbiter & Jacmob because their new site would be large competition and a threat to the Powerbot site), is up to and is currently working on? Unless I see quotes from people who were/are staff members of RSBuddy (including Jacmob), I wouldn't believe anything anyone else claims without proof and evidence.

If they do launch a botting client, I wouldn't trust it as far as I could chuck it. They have the worst reputation in terms of botting as their lead developer sold himself to Jagex.

RsBuddy isn't coming back. That's a FACT. Jacmob works for Jagex now, and there is a 101% chance he wouldn't let that happen.

The "update" is just going to be a client, like Swiftkit. Nothing more. There will not be any bots under the "Rsbuddy" name. Ever.

 

My pipe dream:

Jacmob goes rogue and releases a client capable of packet editing and Autorune gets revived.

...Something tells me he's siphoning mills off the side to sell anyways.
