How To Use Paypal, MAJOR HELP PLEASE.

Hey Guys, Well i am new to all this.

I currently AM NOT A VERIFIED PAYPAL USER, ( I DONT HAVE A BANK ACC)

And My paypal balance is $0

I bought a $25 Vanilla Master Card because i want to buy some runescape pins

how would i send people money for pins and such using the $25 master card from my paypal acc

When you finally have the money on, there are different ways to send people money.

The best way is to click 'Send Funds', then click 'Personal' and then send as a 'Gift'. This way no-one gets charged for the transaction.

I think you may need to be verified to add money via mastercard.

 

Okay, once i am verified how would i do it?

 

I'm a verifyed user and by looking at my paypal account, it seems liek you can't add money using a mastercard.

Though, you can use the card to buy pins directly from the Runescape website.
