    How To Remove Acne Naturally!

Welcome. This guide will tell you how to remove those annoying marks that populate your face.

    Welcome to my Fifteenth Guide.

    Showering

When you shower, standing under the water isn't cleaning you. It's like using water to wash oil of a table. If you try, it practically bounces off it, with no obvious effect.
So this is what you need:
    1. Soap
    2. Face washer/Hand towel
    3. Water
    [IMG] <--Face washer

Okay, do you have all those? Now lather the soap onto the face washer by repeatedly rubbing the soap into the cloth. After it is all soapy, softly rub your face, remembering to reach your nose bridge, above your eyebrows, at yours cheeks and underneath your chin. You should also go for behind the ears.

The reason that you rub softly is so that the skin cells don't get irritated, possibly causing infection and creating whiteheads. Now wash that all off.

Try to wash your face once a day. Too many times and your skin dries out. Too little and your skin secretes too much oil. All in moderation.
Congratulations, you're one step closer to getting a smoother face.

After The Shower --> Toweling Yourself Down

Obviously, don't leave your face wet because oil can reside in water and such and cause dirty skin. When drying your face however, remember this:
    1. Gently push the towel into your face, taking away the water. Rubbing the towel in your face causes irritation.
    2. Pat the face, don't rub it.

    Hydration

Staying hydrated is important. It keeps your energy up and stops you from dehydrating. Also, it is crucial to keeping skin clear. Drinking up to 8 glasses of water per day is a big step in removing acne and it helps alot.

    Some tips for staying hydrated:
    1. If you've been exercising, accommodate for that, and try washing your face immediately after. Sweat traps oil in pores creating acne.
    2. Drink 8 glasses throughout the day, not within a short time
    3. Try and drink filtered water

    Face Touching

Try not to do it. Touching your face can result in irritated skin and ultimately lose what you've been aiming for. Your fingers are almost always dirty and oily and this stuff loves getting into your pores.
Some things to remember so you don't touch your face are:
    1. Don't touch your face!
    2. If you feel yourself doing it, stop.
    3. Try putting your mind on something else.
    4. Build self-esteem. Generally touching your face means you're worried what people are thinking of you.

    Dirty Environments

Dirty environments generally mean polluted areas. Countries like India, China and Indonesia do hell to your skin, because dirt and oil is constantly being pushed into your pores.
    Tips:
    1. Try staying indoors whenever possible, in dirty countries. Places like America and Australia and nearly all parts of Europe are fine.
    2. Drink water regularly to flush out the toxins.
    3. Fingers/Hand + Face = NO

    Hands

You may notice that "don't touch your face with your hands" is a recurring theme in my guide. But that doesn't mean take it to the extreme. If you have an itch, itch it. If you have a hair in your eye, take it out.

Washing your hands 3-4 times a day, especially after toilets and such can help alot. Plus you don't get sick! :)

    Hair

Having long hair that sweeps down into your eyes generally causes alot of acne problems because the person doesn't keep their hair clean. Dirty hair = Oil. Oil = Face. Face = Acne.

Remember to wash your hair once a day.
Or you can cut it back to a reasonable length. This also goes hand-in-hand with cleaning up the top of your forehead.

    In Conclusion...

I hope I've helped you with keeping your skin clean. And I'm sorry this doesn't contain as many pictures as it should. But I don't think it needs pictures. It is all self-explanatory.

*The reason that this says "Naturally" is because chemicals in certain face-cleaning pharmaceuticals are generally toxic or have long-lasting consequences in the later life.

I actually like this guide, and am going to try it.

Good use of colour, and detail, but, you don't have many pictures. Try including a few more though? Good guide so far, 8.5/10.
