You should make guides because:
#1. They educate others
#2. You want to.
Don't make guides just to get a UE Team member symbol under your name.

What are you smoking? You take a shower before your daily activities, and than a shower after your day! It's not like he's asking you to go out of your way, keeping you body healthy shouldn't be "a bit much".

And also, end of the day showers - are soothing, use them when you're completely beat.

Nice guide, there is an guide on how to get rid of acne, but it's mediocre compared to this.
