How to Remotely Shutdown Other's Computers

is there any way of the person finding out which computer shut them down? like not getting caught?

You can also open notepad and type:

Shutdown.exe -s -t 60 -c "this is harmless"

save as anything ".bat"

to easily stop your computer from shutting down by :

Click start > in the search box type : shutdown -a

this stops anything from shutting down.

 

I saw something like this similar on youtube. Did it at my school and the teachers thought I was hacking.

 

haha. Just a few days ago i was caught for "hacking" because i made the message say "you've been hax'd" with a lil smilie haha

 

hmm is this only for ethernet networks or does wirless internet router work too?

also does it shut down vista, cause i got neighbours who tap our connection, they use a packet collector and get the key

 

Is for Vista, for your connection problem, make it private and not public.

What router do you have ?
