How to make Diet coke Rocket!

Hello everyone, I am here to show you an exciting and easy way to make a Rocket out of simple materials!

What you will need
2 liters of DIET COKE. Only Diet Coke works for this.
A tube about 4 inches long. Just enough to fit mentos in it.
Mentos.
Small piece of cardboard to put under the tube so the mentos don't fall out.
Friends to watch you .

Mentos:

1. Get all the materials needed.

2. Put the Mentos in the tube. Hold a piece of cardboard under it so the Mentos doesn't fall out.

3. Open the lid of the Coke bottle.

4. Put the cardboard piece over the tip of the bottle. Then put the tube over the cardboard.

5. Have the cap ready to screw on next to you.

6. Position the tube right over the bottle.

7. Quickly take the cardboard piece away and let ALL the Mentos go in the bottle. Then as fast as you can screw on the cap, I doubt you will have enough time to screw it on but if you're quick enough it should work.

8. Have fun watching the rocket! .

TIPS: The more Mentos, the better. Keep clear of the rocket because it may hit you. I recommend you don't do this inside your house! IT IS A DANGEROUS EXPERIMENT!

Anyway , i'd add dry ice isntead of mentos aand throw to some old woman

Outside - It would work better If after you put in the mentos and close the lid, you turn it around (cap side facing down) and slam it on the concrete. If you do this hard enough, it will actually explode and launch atleast 15 feet in the air.

Thats true, theres lots of vids on youtube of people doing that. But you usually get sprayed with all the diet coke when it launches into the air lol.
