How to install MYBB

This is a guide to help these people who do not know how to install MYBB.
I will be releasing more guides on other installs, and help for certain aspects of MYBB.
This Thread might not have a nice layout please give me pointers and i will edit.

1) Again Download FileZilla if you don't already have Link

2) Upload into the Public_HTML -
[IMG]

3) Then type, www."yoursite"/Forum/install
Forum is if you have put the files into a forum directory if you have put them directly into Public_HTML then it will be www."yoursite"/install

4) You will then be greated by step 1, just press next as this is not important.
You will then have step 2 which will state if the files are writable.
If errors appear then you will need to edit the permissions, you can do this using FileZilla.
- Find the Files, Right click and go "File Permissions" edit the numbers underneath, they more than likely just needing to be changed to "777"
If not then, errors on step 2 should explain it.

5) Step 3 will appear now, which is where you need to input your database info.
Which is easy to do-
[IMG]

You should be able to reach your SQL databases in your Cpanel, (IF you do not know how to add a database you need to think whether you should be in control of a Forum as Forums aren't fun and games)

(If you would like the image of the database then post and i will add it)

6) Step 4 is next, you just need to input the Forum Info, Name, Url, Your Email.

7) Next is you Admin info, this is just simple. (not posting screenshot)
Then you done, It's always a good idea to delete your Install directory for a security Measure.

I Hope this has atleast helped some people, if you need more info or would like a new guide on a certain aspect of MYBB, please post and i will happily oblige.

Good Luck on your Forums

Not a bad start LM. Just a tip, remember to use colour in the guides, it makes the guides less boring. Also before publishing the guide open Microsoft word or go to:http://www.spellchecker.net/spellcheck/ Make sure the grammar is good, I have noticed a few spelling errors. If you are going for UE. Which I presume you are we will look at grammar in each guide. Good use of pictures and it's not a bad start. Well done.

I wasn't aiming this for anything really.
I'd posted it on another Forum, i just copied it over as i thought it may be useful.
In my opinion, if people don't need it or don't like the look of it.
Search MYBB in Google and the info will be their plain to see.
